Minimum registration is for one week. Participants are asked to arrive on Sunday between 3 and 5 PM, and to check out on Sunday before 11 AM. You may be able to extend your stay beyond your initial registration, depending on the availability of space.
The per-person weekly fee structure for 2020, which covers room and board, tuition, and use of facilities, is as follows:

VMAC gratefully accepts financial donations, which are tax-deductable to the extent provided by law. Donations may be used to provide scholarships for participants as well as assist with conference expenses such as piano rentals and maintenance as well as enhancing our library. If you would like to make a designated gift, please contact Jeff.
There is an application fee of $50. Application fees received before May 1st will be credited toward the weekly fees. No refund of the application fee will be made after May 1st. One half the full cost of registration is due on or before June 1st and is non-refundable after June 1st except for medical emergency or other critical situation. The balance of payment is due on arrival.
In the case of shared rooms, VMAC will not assign roommates. If you wish to share a room, please make your own arrangements before registering.
Special rates are available for those who prefer to live off campus.
Applications will be acknowledged as received, but acceptance of new applicants and recent attendees may be deferred until May 10th in order to ensure a balanced instrumentation and guarantee space for tenured participants.
